1) Sills: Pressure Treated Stock and Sill Seal material
2) First Floor System
Girders and Rim Joists: 2 x Dimensional stock
Floor Joists and Blocking: 2” x 10” Spruce
Sub floor: 3/4” OSB. - option for 3/4" T&G Advantech
Option - Engineered stock for clear span systems
3) Wall Logs: Milled White Cedar Wall Logs. 6X6 D profile w/ Double Tongue and Groove Assembly Most designs call for Solid Log Gable ends.
4) Log Assembly Hardware: Perma-chink Log Stacker caulking, Self-Adhesive foam gasket material for logs and log corners, and 8" self tapping log fastening screws.
5) Log Siding: Milled Tongue and Groove Log Siding for Floor Frame Skirting
6) 6” x 6” Spruce Wall Braces where required, 8" lag bolts for assembly.
Option for Round Spruce. (part of optional Round detail package)
7) Framing: 2” x 4” and 2” x 6” Shoe, Double Plate, Studs, Blocking, Headers and Fillers as necessary.
8) Material is not supplied for sheathing of interior walls and ceilings. Options:
V-Groove Pine for interior wall sheathing, V-groove pine for interior flat ceilings, vaulted ceilings and exterior porch ceilings.
9) Second floor system: 2 x Spruce dimensional stock with 3/4 " OSB floor sheathing.
Option: Heavy Timber second floor system with 2” x 6” T&G Spruce Flooring
10) Roof systems:
Rafter roofs are TGI roof rafters, (with adjustable angle mounting plates to alleviate need for cutting birds mouth) and / or 2 x dimensional spruce rafters.
Pre-manufactured Trusses for truss designs where specified.
Roofing Materials:
Standard Package: 5/8" OSB Sheathing w/ assembly clips, 15# Felt Paper, IKO Aristocrat 25 year Shingles, Drip Edge for eaves and rakes.
Optional Roofing materials : Premium Roofing Package of 5/8" Advantech Sheathing, 15# Felt Paper, IKO 30 year Architectural Shingles, Ice and Water Shield, Drip Edge for eaves and racks.
11) Interior Doors: Jeld-Wen paintable / stainable Interior Doors with Lock sets and Hardware.
Options:
Morgan 6 panel pine doors or
Timber Valley V-Groove or K Brace Interior Doors,
12) Exterior Doors: Thermatru Insulated Exterior Doors with Lock sets and Insulating Glass
Anderson 200 Series Narrow line Gliding Doors w/ Low E Glass.
